Jonathan was on time, courteous and professional. It's always a challenge to get services where you depend on a certain amount of trust. I appreciate being kept informed about what is going on as well as taking the opportunity to identify some areas that should be addressed (without a high pressure sales pitch). All services were performed with safety and respect to the house and COVID considerations. The leak in the shower appears to be resolved.

Jonathon was amazing at his job. He was professional and very friendly. Jonathon answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get the job done. We will not go to anyone else besides John for all of our needs in the future. We have worked with many tradesmen and have gone through many different plumbing companies, but we will never need anyone again besides John and Tritan Plumbing. 10/10 A++++++ for this company and employee.

Johnathan W. came out to repair our fridge water line and was courteous, professional, personable and informative. I was given a fair set of options and the benefits and risks with each one. He was respectful of my home, made sure I knew what his work would entail and how I would interact with it later, and made himself aware of the other plumbing situations in my home to make reasonable recommendations and suggestions. His work was prompt and clean and I look forward to having him out again for future projects.

Called with sewer line break, returned call within 15 minutes. Very responsive and met with owner Mickey the next day...quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled the repair. The job was extensive and involved considerable digging to locate and repair the sewer line. 
Mickey and his staff Jonathan and Joe worked very hard for 13 hours to complete the repair. Very professional and friendly...completed the work to meet city code. Extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

They were great all around. Got me scheduled for a next day service after making a appointment. Johnathan was very professional, and not only replaced my water heater, but my shut off valve due to it being not to code anymore in IL.

I’ve owned my home for more than 18 years, I wish I knew about Tritan plumbing and the quality staff that work there. Specifically, I’m referring to Renae and Jonathan. From the outset Renae was quick to make me feel welcomed and displayed genuine concern for my issue. Little did I know, she would check on me throughout the day to make sure I was pleased. That’s stellar customer service!!! She took my information and immediately set up an appointment with Jonathan—who I now refer to as “superstar-extraordinaire-fixer-of-all-things-water related!!!!” Seriously, I had been fretting about my kitchen and basement sink for months I didn’t think anyone could fix it without tearing out my walls or charging me thousands of dollars. Along came Jonathan, he assessed my situation and said “oh yeah, I can fix that!!!” Lost for words I just did a quick happy dance! In less than 2 hours he completely fixed my problems and charged me a fair price that included a 10% membership discount that further reduced the price—what a deal!! I’ve never been so impressed by such excellence and professionalism!!! Excited to get more stuff fixed at a reasonable price—I hired him to return the very next day to fix another water issue! He arrived on time, went straight to work and fixed my problem in less than an hour! Jonathan went above and beyond what most people would have done! I will ALWAYS work with Tritan plumbing. ALWAYS!

Reasonable Pricing

I am so grateful that my niece heard about Tritan from a neighbor. She was happy with their service, so she recommended them to her mom (my sister), who also was very happy with their service, and in turn my sister recommended them to me! I left a message yesterday evening and Sarah called me back nearly right away. She was a pleasure to speak to and arranged to have someone out the next day. Work Was Clean and Service on Time
